JEAN-LOUIS NAVEILHAN: Parisian by birth, but Provencal by heart, Jean-Louis experience and connections within the world of drinks brings a passion for excellence in his quest to find great wines, sake & spirits to his clients. Earning his diploma from world-renowned Tain l’Hermitage, and certified by the International Court of Sommeliers as well as one of a handful of holders of the Sake Educator certificate, Jean-Louis has spent nearly 20 years living and working in London. Having worked in some of the capital finest restaurants as well as crafting his own range of Sake, ‘Isake’ – Jean-Louis is regularly called upon to judge at various international competitions and took recently duties of helping to organise the Sake Sommelier of the Year and the London Sake Challenge competitions.
At the age of 23 Jacopo Armonio I decided to find a career that would have merged my three main passions: Wine, travels and meeting people. So I came to the dynamic London to work in the wine trade. After 4 years working in renowned restaurants as Sommelier I eventually start the wine sales venture.
